Fees and Referrals

Referrals are accepted from GP's, paediatricians, psychiatrists or self-referrals. 

Mental Health Care Plans

Individuals with a Mental Health Care Plan (Better Access) from a GP or referral from a paediatrician or psychiatrist will be eligible for rebates through Medicare. With a valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter, you are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $98.95 for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. Your Medicare rebate will be processed on completion of your session. 

Private Health

Individuals may be eligible for rebates depending on an individual's level of cover / policy.  You will be emailed a receipt after your session for you to claim through your private health insurer.

NDIS

NDIS services are provided for self-managed and Plan Managed plans, charged at current NDIS recommended rate.

Private Paying Clients

Private paying clients are also welcomed. No referral is necessary.

Fees

$220 per session in normal hours (8am - 4.30pm)

$240 per session after hours (after 5.30pm or on Saturdays)

NDIS clients are per NDIS current rates

Any requested letters, communication or reports will be charged pro rata.  

School visits or attendance at stakeholder meetings are charged at the hourly rate.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation. ​ Credit Card and EFTPOS are accepted as methods of payment.

Cancellation Policy 

If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee.  This will allow us to ensure that we can provide this valuable time to other clients in need of support.

Cancellations of appointments on the day or failure to attend appointments without notice will result in the full session fee being implemented (without any rebate able to be provided).
